1 Cauliflower (small)1 1/2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil50 gm Parmesan cheese (grated)1/2 cup Breadcrumbs (oat or whole wheat bread, dried)Black pepper (As reqd, freshly ground)1 clove Garlic (crushed)2 tbsp Parsley (chopped, Seema malli) Break the cauliflower into florets. Steam the florets until tender. After proper draining, place these florets in a lightly oiled baking dish.Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and add breadcrumbs and crushed garlic. Cook in medium heat, stirring uniformly for around 3-4 minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden in color.Remove the pan from heat and add Parmesan cheese and freshly ground pepper.Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the steamed cauliflower.Cook in a preheated oven for around 5 minutes until the top portion turns golden.
