For seasoning:-


  • For preparing Tomato Egg Curry, fry onions, chillies, ginger and garlic in a little oil in a kadai or a pan.
  • Add tomatoes and fry for sometime. Fry well so that the tomatoes are mashed well.
  • Add all the masalas and salt and fry.
  • Add little by little water and form a curry and then add egg into it(raw).
  • Stir for sometime till the egg is cooked well.
  • Season it with spluttered mustard seeds, sauteed dry red chillies and curry leaves. Serve Tomato Egg Curry hot. Enjoy the healthy dish with your family and loved ones.
