Ingredients
- Potato(cubed, medium) - 2 nos
- Carrot(cubed, medium) - 3 nos
- Onion(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Tomato - 2 nos
- Capsicum(small one, cubed) - 1 no
- Green chili(small one) - 1
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala(home made) - 1/4 tsp
- Aniseed powdered - 1/2 tsp
- Maggie magic cube(chicken cube can also be used) - 1 no
- Coriander powder - 21/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/4-1/2
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(as rqrd) -
- Corainder leaves(chopped) -

Instructions
- Heat oil (small quantity) in a pressure cooker.
- To this add chopped onions and saute for a while.
- Add salt,garam masala and aniseed pwdr.Saute
- Add tomatoes and green chilli and Saute it.
- Then add all the curry powders and very little water and cook till the fresh smell goes.
- To this mix add potatoes carrots and capsicum and coat all the masalas evenly. Then add crushed maggie cube( or chicken cube) and chopped coriander leaves.
- Add water levelling the mixture.Close it to cook.
- Simmer it after the first whistle and wait for 2 more whistles
- After it is done ,mash the curry partially leaving some cubes of potatoes and carrots.
- :- Good with appams and dosas
