  • noodles 2 or 3
  • cooked basmati rice 1 cup
  • carrot 1
  • cauliflower 1
  • egg 2
  • green chilly 5 or more
  • ginger 2 inch piece
  • garlic 8 cloves
  • capsicum 1
  • chicken 1 cup (boneless)
  • beef 1 cup(cooked)
  • pepper powder 1 table spoon or more
  • chilly sauce 2 table spoon
  • soya sauce 1 table spoon
  • tomato sauce 1 table spoon
  • corn flour 1 table spoon
  • oil as needed
  • salt per taste
  • water as needed


  • cook noodles using water ,little salt
  • when its cooked drain excess water
  • fry little of noodles in a nest like shape. keep the rest .
  • when its fried take it off.
  • it should be deep fried ,we need it crispy.
  • heat a pan add oil and sauté first ginger garlic and green chilly, then add onion to it.
  • then sauté well and add carrot and cauliflower.
  • when its half cooked add chicken and sauté well.
  • then add pepper powder.
  • add little water if needed or add oil ,then add capsicum and stir well.
  • then add cooked beef (it should be cooked using salt and pepper)
  • sauté it well ,close it for 5 mint
  • then take another pan put 1 tsp oil.
  • then add all the sauces
  • mix it well.
  • add a table spoon of water and stir well.
  • then keep this upon low flame and stir continuously until the sauce become thick
  • then add the cooked noodles .
  • then add the other ingredients and mix well.
  • mix it well.
  • then take the fried nest noodle and pour I cup rice on it.
  • then pour the saucy vegy and non vegy ingredients on it .
  • pour spring onion on it.
  • then place an omlet upon it.
  • our dish is ready
