For making sauce:-

  • 3/4 cup Brown vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 5 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce

For making chopsuey:


  • For making sauce: 1)Mix all the ingredients together except corn-flour and boil it with 1 cup of water.
  • When it starts boiling, mix corn-flour in 1/2 cup of water and add to it.
  • Cook till the sauce becomes thick.
  • Remove from flame and keep aside.
  • *For boiling noodles: 1)Take 6-7 cups of water in a patella and boil it.
  • When it starts boiling, put noodles in it. Do not cover the vessel. Boil it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from flame and strain it through a strainer.
  • Wash it with cold water for 5-7 times and simultaneously strain it.
  • Leave it in the strainer for 20 minutes.
  • For making fried noodles: 1)Take out 2 cups of boiled noodles.
  • For absorbing water, spread maida over noodles and mix it properly. Separate the noodles with the help of fingertips.
  • Heat about 2 cups of oil in a pan.
  • Fry the noodles to a golden brown colour and keep them aside.
  • For making chopsuey: 1)Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.
  • Fry onions for 3-4 minutes.
  • Put all the vegetables along with salt and fry again for 2 -3 minutes. Stir well.
  • Add the boiled noodles and mix well.
  • Add the prepared sauce.
  • Finally, add the fried noodles.
  • :-Serve hot.
