American Chopsuey American chopsuey For making sauce:-3/4 cup Brown vinegar3 tbsp Corn flour2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce5 tbsp Tomato Ketchup3/4 cup Sugar2 tbsp Soya SauceFor making chopsuey:1 no Cabbage (medium size)3 nos Carrot (cut into thin slices)10-12 nos Beans3 nos Onion (cut into thin slices)1/2 tbsp Ajinomoto1 tsp Salt3 Cups *Boiled NoodlesWater (for boiling noodles and washing)2 tsp All purpose flour (Maida)3 tbsp Oil For making sauce: 1)Mix all the ingredients together except corn-flour and boil it with 1 cup of water.When it starts boiling, mix corn-flour in 1/2 cup of water and add to it. Cook till the sauce becomes thick. Remove from flame and keep aside.*For boiling noodles: 1)Take 6-7 cups of water in a patella and boil it. When it starts boiling, put noodles in it. Do not cover the vessel. Boil it for 2-3 minutes. Remove from flame and strain it through a strainer. Wash it with cold water for 5-7 times and simultaneously strain it. Leave it in the strainer for 20 minutes.For making fried noodles: 1)Take out 2 cups of boiled noodles.For absorbing water, spread maida over noodles and mix it properly. Separate the noodles with the help of fingertips. Heat about 2 cups of oil in a pan. Fry the noodles to a golden brown colour and keep them aside.For making chopsuey: 1)Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Fry onions for 3-4 minutes. Put all the vegetables along with salt and fry again for 2 -3 minutes. Stir well.Add the boiled noodles and mix well. Add the prepared sauce. Finally, add the fried noodles. :-Serve hot. American
