  • Amla : 500 gm
  • 7 nos Small onion : 5 crushed
  • Green chilly : 3 nos (crushed)
  • Curry leaves : 10 nos (crushed)
  • Salt : to taste


  • Wash and remove the seeds of amla. Coarsely grind the amla with enough water.

  • Squeeze the amla and drain it.

  • Add the crushed green chilli, curry leaves crushed onion and salt.
  • Mix well and keep it in the fridge for one hour and serve.
