This is a thani naadan dish using chicken ,i seen this recipe in a show called cucumber city and i tried it and used spices as per my taste ,it came out with a nice taste and my family loved it, so i thought to share it with you all.

Ingredients
- For grilling -
- ginger 1 inch piece(make paste of it) -
- garlic 3 cloves(make paste) -
- kashmiri chilly powder 2 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- curd 2 tablespoon -
- Salt as needed -
- oil 1 tablespoon -
- For roast -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- dried red chilly 3 -
- onion 1 -
- Green Chilly : 3 -
- Tomato 1 -
- cinnamon 2 pieces -
- cardamom 3 -
- clove 5 -
- pepper 5 -
- coriander powder : 2 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 2 tsp -
- Pepper powder : 1 tsp -
- chicken stalk 1 cup -
- Coconut milk: 1 cup -
- Salt to taste -
- curry leaves 1 or more sprigs -
- Oil as needed -

Instructions
- Clean and slice chicken in to big pieces , make small cuts on it
- Pour all the ingredients for grilling to the chicken .
- Mix it well and add curry leaves on it.
- Grill it for 20 to 25 minutes
- After grilling take out the chicken pieces.
- Heat a pan and oil to it.
- Add mustard and when it splutters add dried red chilly to it.
- Saute it well and add onion ,green chilly to it.
- Add tomato to it
- Saute it well and then add chilly powder, coriander powder and garam masala and spices to it.
- Saute it well
- Then add the grilled chicken to it
- Add chicken stalk to it. close the pan for ten minutes.
- Our dish is ready to serve.
