- Green chillies - 250 gm
- Curd - 150 ml
- Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp

Instructions
- Add green chillies, turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice to the curd and mix well.
- Marinate for one day or slightly more.
- Remove them from the batter and sun dry until totally dry and crisp.
- Store in air tight bottle.
- As and when required, deep fry in oil and serve hot.
