  • Add green chillies, turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice to the curd and mix well.
  • Marinate for one day or slightly more.
  • Remove them from the batter and sun dry until totally dry and crisp.
  • Store in air tight bottle.
  • As and when required, deep fry in oil and serve hot.
