For tart base:

  • 150 g Flour
  • 50 g Lung sugar
  • 100 g Butter

For crumble:

  • 50 g Flour
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 50 g Butter


  • For preparing apple crumble tart, first heat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Mix the ingredients for tart base with hand and spread it in heart mould.
  • Remove the skin and middle part of apples and cut it into very small pieces.
  • Melt butter in a sauce pan and add the chopped apples and the other ingredients to it and mix it well.
  • Spread this mixture above the tart base.
  • Mix the ingredients for crumble with hand and spread it above the tart filling.
  • Bake it in oven for 30 min.
