- Channa( boiled) - 1 cup

- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Coriander seed - 2 tbsp
- Red chili - 5
- Jeera - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Poppy Seed - 1/2 tsp
- Coconut - 1/4 cup
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Tamarind water - 1/4 cup
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Asafeotida - 1/4 tsp
- Gingelly oil - 2 tbsp
- Mustard and fenugreek - 1/2 tsp

- In pan add 1 tsp oil and roast urad dal, coriander seed, red chili, pepper, jeera, poppy seed for this arachivitta sundal kuzhambhu
- arachivitta sundal kuzhambhu , we add coconut in that roasted masala and allow to cool
- Now grind that arachivitta sundal kuzhambhu masala with coarsely and add few shallots and tomato
- Now in pan add oil and temper jeera and mustard and fenugreek and jeera with curry leaves
- Now add arachivitta sundal kuzhambhu grind masala and saute well raw smell goes
- Now add boiled sundal and mix well
- Now its ready to serve arachivitta sundal kuzhambhu . we can serve with rice, idly , dosa and even for roties too
