  • 1/4 cup Ash Gourd juice white pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup Tender Coconut
  • 1 chopped Mango
  • 2 tbsp Badam Pisin soaked over nigth
  • 1 tsp Sabja Seed soak before ten mins
  • 1 TSP Sugar/ palm crystal pana kalkandu
  • 1/ 8 cup Tender Coconut Flesh


  • Soak badam pisin over nigth
  • soak sabja seed
  • In blender add tender coconut flesh and badam pisin and blend well
  • Now make pumkin juice (ash gourd) juice
  • In glass tumbler pour that mixture
  • add ash gourd Juice and add vadam Pisin and tender coconut
  • Now add mango and sabja seed and serve with spoon and straw
