- Onion - 2 nos
- Tomato - 3 to
- Milk - 1 cup
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsps
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds powder - ½ tsp
- Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
- Cashew(nuts - 3 to 4 nos) -
- Salt(To taste) -
- Coconut or Refined Oil - 4 to

Instructions
- Clean the Onions and Capsicum and cut them into pieces as shown in the picture
- Clean and cut the Tomatoes also
- Clean and cut the Baby corn into small pieces and boil it along with some Turmeric Powder and Salt, for about 10 minutes
- After about 10 minutes, put off the stove and remove the water from the cooked Baby corn
- Grind this mix along with Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin seeds/Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Cashew-nut and Salot etc. and make a paste.
- Stir the Masala paste in the hot oil for about 3 – 4 minutes
- Then add the cooked Baby corn pieces into this mix
- Stir this mix well for about another 2 – 3 minutes
- Add the Milk also into the mix
- Baby corn and Capsicum Masala is ready and can be served as side dish for Chappathi/Poori/Dosa/ cooked rice etc.
