Ingredients
- Frozen vegetables mix(Green peas, Corn, Carrot, Beans) - 2 cups
- Onions - 2 nos
- Masala powder - 4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Basmati rice - 3 cups
- Tomato sauce - 4 tsp
- Soya Sauce - 4 tsp
- Ajinomotto(A small pinch, Optional) -
- Oil - 1 cup

Instructions
- Heat half cup of oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onions and stir, till red.
- Add the vegetable mix.
- :- Put this mix in warm water for some time to defrost.
- Add masala powder, chilly powder and salt and stir well, till vegetables are cooked.
- Transfer all the contents in the pan into another vessel.
- Heat the remaining oil in the same pan(without washing the pan).
- Add basmati rice and stir fry, till all the rice changes colour.
- Add a small pinch of ajinomotto, if desired.
- Cook, till rice is done and water is dried up.
- Add the cooked vegetables to this and mix well.
