  • Carrot(grated) - 3 tbsp
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp
  • Condensed milk - 3 tbsp
  • Salt(A pinch) -
  • Cardamom(powdered, Elakka) - 3 -

Instructions
  1. Bring the milk to boil fully.
  2. Add the grated carrot and cook for 5 mins.
  3. Add salt, sugar and oats and stir for 30 seconds, before switching off the flame.
  4. Add the condensed milk and powdered cardamom.
