Baked Mushroom Samosa

The classic Indian snack with a twist. Mushrooms replace the good old potato filling in this version of the samosa. mushroom samosa is easy to prepare at home with this samosa recipe.

  • prepare dough from wheat, salt, carom seed, water and oil
  • chop the mushroom, ginger garlic and slice the onion
  • heat the ghee in the pan and temper the ginger and garlic
  • add onion and saute it for 2 mins
  • add salt, red chili powder and garam masala and mix well
  • add chopped mushroom and allow to cook for 2 mins
  • add cabbage and coriander leaves and mix well and turn off the flame
  • take small ball from dough and rol it and divide into two
  • take that half portion and roll like cone
  • stuff the mushroom masala and cover it
  • apply oil to the samosa
  • greeze the baking tray with oil and keep the samosa
  • preheat the oven by 180 c and keep the tray inside and bake it for 30 mins, apply oil in between and turn the side. baked mushroom samosa is ready to serve, serve hot
