The classic Indian snack with a twist. Mushrooms replace the good old potato filling in this version of the samosa. mushroom samosa is easy to prepare at home with this samosa recipe.
prepare dough from wheat, salt, carom seed, water and oil
chop the mushroom, ginger garlic and slice the onion
heat the ghee in the pan and temper the ginger and garlic
add onion and saute it for 2 mins
add salt, red chili powder and garam masala and mix well
add chopped mushroom and allow to cook for 2 mins
add cabbage and coriander leaves and mix well and turn off the flame
take small ball from dough and rol it and divide into two
take that half portion and roll like cone
stuff the mushroom masala and cover it
apply oil to the samosa
greeze the baking tray with oil and keep the samosa
preheat the oven by 180 c and keep the tray inside and bake it for 30 mins, apply oil in between and turn the side. baked mushroom samosa is ready to serve, serve hot
