- For dough -
- Wheat flour : 1 cup -
- Salt : 1 tsp -
- carom seed 2 tsp -
- Oil : 2 tsp -
- Water as required -
- for stuff -
- Onion : 1 no -
- mushroom 1 cup -
- cabbage 1/2 cup -
- Coriander leaves :1 tsp -
- Garlic 4 no. -
- Ginger : small piece -
- Ghee 4 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- red chili powder 1/2 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- oil to apply -

Instructions
- add onion and saute it for 2 mins
- add salt, red chili powder and garam masala and mix well
- add chopped mushroom and allow to cook for 2 mins
- add cabbage and coriander leaves and mix well and turn off the flame
- take small ball from dough and rol it and divide into two
- take that half portion and roll like cone
- stuff the mushroom masala and cover it
- apply oil to the samosa
- greeze the baking tray with oil and keep the samosa
