Instructions
- in a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil, water and carom seed
- make a dough
- add onion and saute it for 3 mins until it turn into golden brown
- add salt and pepper and mix well
- add cubed paneer and mix well
- add coriander leaves, mix it and turn off the flame
- from a dough take small ball and roll it
- take knife and divide into two
- take that half portion and roll it like cone
- stuff the paneer masala and cover it
- in a oven tray greeze the oil
- apply the oil for samosa
- keep the samosa in a tray and bake for 30 mins
- now baked paneer samosa is ready to serve
