Banana Chicken Curry
Instructions
- Mix together the flour, salt and curry powder and coat the chicken with it.
- Fry the chicken in the oil, until golden brown.
- Reduce the heat, cover and cook for further 15 mins., until tender.
- Add bananas and cook for 5 mins.
- Cook the rice in boiling, salted water for about 20 mins., until tender along with 1/2 a lime.
- Spread the rice on a serving dish.
- Add the chicken and banana pieces.
- Garnish with slices of lime.
