Banana Rice Flake - Easy Breakfast

  • 3 cups Rice flakes
  • 4 nos Ripe Bananas medium
  • 1/2 cup Sugar/Jaggery
  • 1/2 cup Coconut optional, grated


  • In a vessel, heat rice flakes (without any oil/butter) for say 5 to 8 minutes on medium flame, till rice flakes starts shrinking.
  • When done, keep it aside for it to cool.
  • In another vessel, put in sugar, coconut and bananas (of course peeled) and mash it to a paste.
  • Add the shrunk rice flakes to this paste and with your hand mix it and crunch these shrunk rice flakes.
  • :- Serve on a plate with banana slices for decoration and your instant deliciously healthy breakfast is ready.
