this is my new try which come out well. its good for health too. more vegetable and banana are added in this recipe.

  • 1 cup Rice Noodles idiyappam
  • 1 large Banana
  • 1/2 cup Mixed vegetable
  • 4 pods Mushroom
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • Salt as taste
  • 2 tblsp Oil


  • peel and cut banana and toss with oil
  • In a pan add oil and add all vegetables .saute well
  • Now add mushroom and toss for 5 seconds and add salt and pepper
  • Now add rice noodles(idiyappam). mix well
  • Now add tossed banana and mix well and turn off
  • Now its ready to serve Banana Rice Noodles
