Ingredients
- Butter(melted) - 1 cup
- Condensed milk - 1 tin
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Semolina - 2 cups
- Pista(peeled and finely chopped) - 210 gm
- For the syrup -
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Water - 375 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Rose water - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- In a bowl combine butter, condensed milk and baking powder and stir well.
- Add semolina and mix well combined.
- Sprinkle chopped pista evenly in a baking tin.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes or until top is golden.
- Remove from oven and pour cooled syrup on top.
- Place in fridge to completely cool then cut into diamond shapes and serve .
