- Beef - 300 g
- Red chilly powder - 2 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp
- Ginger - 1 tsp
- garlic - 1 tsp
- Tomato - 2
- Green chilly - 3
- Shallots - 1 cup
- Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
- Coconut pieces - 3 tbsp
- Coconut oil - 2 tsp
- Curry leaves(few springs) -

- Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
- Take a pressure cooker and add beef,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt and crushed ginger.pour 1/2 cup water and pressure cook it for 6-7 whistles.
- In the mean time dry Roast the coriander powder for 3-4 minutes in low flame.
- Now the beef is well cooked,then add tomato,green chilly,shallots,garlic, roasted coriander powder,garam masala and saute for 5-8 minutes in medium flame.
- Heat oil in a pan and add 2 tbsp chopped shallots,dried red chilly and curry leaves.saute for few seconds
- Add it to the cooked beef and remove it from the flame.
- Serve it with pathiri,dosa,poratta etc...
