Mustard seeds

Red chillies

Asafoetida
kaayam

tsp
Turmeric powder
1
tsp
Red chilly powder
3
tbsp
Coconut oil
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing
beetroot
and
carrot
mezhukkuperatti, wash and cut
beetroot
and
carrot
in small square shape.
Add
turmeric powder
,
salt
, red chilly powder and mix well.
Fry
mustard seeds
and
red chillies
in
coconut oil
. Add the
beetroot
and
carrot
.
Add asafoetida and then close the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
