Bhaji mulakku with coconut

Ingredients
- Bhajimulakku(long green chillies used for making bhaji) - 500 gm
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- or -
- Small onions(cut into small pieces, Kunjulli) - 20 nos
- Kukum star(soaked in water for 5 - 10 mins, Kudumpuli) - 1 piece
- or -
- Raw mango slices - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/4 tsp
- Garlic pod(small) - 1 no
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
- Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Cut the bhajimulakku into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Saute 1 green chilly, curry leaves and onions for 2 mins.
- Add the bhajimulakku along with turmeric powder, salt and kudumpuli or raw mango and saute for 2 mins.
- Cook on low flame, till bhaji mulakku is done.
- Grind together coconut, cumin seeds, garlic, 2 green chillies and few curry leaves into a coarse form.
- Add the coconut mix to the bhaji mulakku.
- Mix well for 3 - 4 mins.
- :- Serve as a side dish for rice.
