  • Cut the lady`s finger into small pieces of 1/2 inch size.
  • Heat some oil in a pan and put all the ingredients along with lady`s finger keeping the stove on a low flame.
  • Then, cover it with a lid.
  • After every 2 minutes, stir it slowly.
  • :- Make sure the bhindis doesn`t get stuck to the pan.
  • After 15-20 minutes, when bhindi becomes soft and the oil starts to leave, remove it from the flame.
  • :-Serve it with chapatis or paratha or rice.
