- Raw Rice - 1 cup
- Boiled rice - 1 cup
- Urad dal - 1/2 cup
- Bottle gourd - 4 cups
- Curry leaves and coriander leaves(small amount) -
- Jeera - 1/2 tsp
- Red chili - 3
- Salt(as needed) -
- Oil as needed -

Instructions
- Soak rice and dal separate for 4 hours
- In grinder add one by one rice and dal
- Add red chili and bottle gourd in grinder and grind coarsely
- Transfer to bowl and add salt and curry and coriander leaves and jeera
- Allow to 2 hour fermentation and make dosa in tawa . cook both side with oil
- Now its ready to serve with chutney. serve hot
