- Bread slices - 4 nos
- Potato(boiled and grated) - 1/4 cup
- Carrot(grated) - 1/4 cup
- French beans(finely chopped) - 1/4 cup
- Cauliflower(finely chopped) - 1/4 cup
- Capsicum(finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Cheese(grated) - 1 1/2 dsp
- Dry bread crumbs(As reqd) -
- Egg white and yolk separated - 1 no
- Onion(minced) - 1/4 cup
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1/2 dsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil(For frying) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing bread with vegetable fritters, first remove the crusts from the bread and mix with the ingredients: grated potato, french beans, cauliflower, capsicum, cheese, egg yolk, onion, pepper powder and required salt.
- Knead and mix well.
- Make balls with the entire mixture and roll out into fingers by rolling on the board.
- Dust the fingers in the flour, dip in beaten egg white and coat with dried bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the bread and vegetable fingers to a golden brown color.
- If oil conscious, you can also bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes or more until the top turns golden in color.
- Bread with vegetable fingers, a nutritious tea-time snack, is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
