Caramel Coffee Pudding
A very delicious pudding recipe

Cream

cups
Sugar
1
tbsp
Coffee powder
1 1/2
tsp
Vanilla
essence
Instructions
For preparing caramel coffee pudding, first heat 1 cup
sugar
, 2 tsp coffee and 2 tsp
water
and bring it to boil till it becomes dark brown in color.
When done, pour this in pudding mold or cups and spread it.
Whisk thoroughly
milk
,
egg
, coffee,
sugar
,
cream
and
vanilla
essence.
In a pan, add
water
and allow it to boil. Place the mould in it and cover or pressure cook in a steamer for 40 minutes.
When done, lightly prick with knife and check the consistency.
When cooled, refrigerate it for 1 hour and in freezer for 1/2 hour.
Turn upside down and serve the delicious caramel coffee pudding.
