1 cup Rava (roasted without oil)1/2 cup Carrot (grated)1/2 cup Dried shredded coconut1/2 cup Sugar1 cup Hot milk2 tbsp Raisins3 tbsp Ghee1/4 tsp Cardamom powder Fry the raisins in hot ghee and keep it aside. Add grated carrot and fry it until water has disappeared completely.Add rava and fry for sometime.To this, add shredded coconut and sugar and fry for few minutes.Add raisins and cardamom powder and mix well.Remove the pan from the stove.Add a portion of hot milk to a portion of the mixture and mix well.Dip your hands in cold water and take each portion of the mixture and make lemon size balls.Makes approximately 16 ladoos.
