  • Corn flour - 3 tbsp
  • Ginger(garlic paste - 2 tsp) -
  • Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard paste - 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Refined oil - 300 ml

Instructions
  1. Remove the skin of the fish and fillet on both sides. Wash and drain well.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients: corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chilly powder, mustard paste, turmeric powder, lemon juice and required salt to a smooth paste.
  3. Apply the paste on the fish fillets and marinate for fifteen minutes.
  4. Add oil to a shallow frying pan and deep fry the marinated fish fillets to a golden brown color.
  5. Serve cat fish(wallago/valuga) special recipe hot with onion and vegetables salad. Very good breakfast item.
