A different side dish with Cauliflower, Green peas and Milk Curdled

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Splutter cumin seeds in it.
- Add onion and saute till it turns translucent.
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
- Add sliced tomatoes and stir till the tomatoes turn soft.
- Add some water to form a nice gravy.
- Add in washed and drained cauliflower florets.
- Add green peas and some salt as required.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes on a medium flame.
- Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
