- Fennel seeds(Perinjeerakam) -
- Cardamom(Elakka) -
For the paste:-
- Onion - 1 no
- Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/4 tsp
- Garlic cloves - 4 nos
- Green chillies - 4 -
- or -
- Red chillies - 4 -
- Cashewnuts - 8 nos

For the paste:-

Instructions
- For preparing Cauliflower Green Peas Masala, first grind together the ingredients for making paste into a smooth paste.
- Heat ghee in a pan or a kadai.
- Add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, fennel seeds and salt and saute them for a while.
- Add the above ground paste and stir well.
- Add the cooked cauliflower and green peas followed by tomato sauce.
- Stir well and remove from flame, when done.
- :- You can add chilly powder if you want it to be more hot and spicy.
- :- Serve Cauliflower Green Peas Masala with chappathis.
