- Cauliflower(small) - 1 no
- Onion(finely sliced, medium) - 2 nos
- Green chillie(Slit) - 5 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper(to taste) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- In a tablespoon of oil, saute finely sliced onions, green chillies for about 2 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, salt & the florets and saute well.
- Add pepper powder to taste and curry leaves and toss well.
- :- Serve hot. :- This goes well with rice.
