- Cauliflower(grated) - 1 no
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Green chillies - 3 -
- Curry leaves(As reqd) -
- Oil - 4 tbsp
- Dry red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 2 nos
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger - 1 piece
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Splutter mustard seeds and saute dry red chillies.
- Add onion, ginger and green chillies and saute, till the onion turns brown.
- Add grated cauliflower and curry leaves.
- Add salt, turmeric powder and coriander powder.
- Cover the pan and cook on a low flame.
- :- Do not add water.
- Remove the lid after 10 mins and mix well.
- Keep stirring, until all the water drains.
- Add grated coconut and mix well.
- Garnish Cauliflower Thoran with coriander leaves.
- :- Serve Cauliflower Thoran with rice.
