- Celery leaves(sliced) - 1 cup
- Potatoes(chopped) - 2 nos
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Green chilly(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
- Bread crumbs(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing celery cutlet, cook and mash the potatoes. Keep it aside.
- Take a bowl, add in celery, salt, coriander leaves, garam masala, chilly powder, potatoes and green chillies. Mix it well.
- Make cutlets out of this mixture and dip it in bread crumbs. Fry it in oil.
- Celery cutlet¦s are ready. Serve hot with sauce.
