Channa Cutlet Easy Cutlets made with Channa(Kadala) 1 cup Channa (You can use white or black, Kadla)1 no Onion (finely chopped)Ginger (finely chopped)Green chillies (finely chopped)1 cup Rusk powder5 tbsp Allpurpose flour (Maida)Salt (As reqd)Oil for frying Soak channa in cold water for about 8 hours.Pressure cook it for about 15 mins.Smash the cooked channa well and keep it aside.Mix together smashed channa, 1/2 cup of rusk powder, onion, green chillies, ginger and salt.Mix 5 tbsp of maida with water and make it into a semisolid paste.:- It should not be watery.Make small balls off the channa mixture and and press it lightly.Roll it in the remaining rusk powder.Deep fry them in hot oil.
