Jackfruit Payasam is a traditional Kerala style payasam with soft and sweet tender jackfruit pieces, coconut milk and green gram. This is a healthy version of payasam with the addition of green gram. This payasam is fully prepared with the coconut milk alone without any inclusion of normal milk. The jaggery is added instead of sugar which gives you a different taste.
