Ingredients
- Parmesan cheese(finely diced) - 70 g
- Butter - 30 g
- All purpose flour(sifted, Maida) - 20 g
- Milk - 1/4 litre
- Eggs(separated) - 4 nos
- Pepper(A pinch) -
- Nutmeg(grated) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Butter(to grease the dish) -

Instructions
- For preparing cheese soufflT, grease the dish with butter.
- Preheat the oven at 200 degrees celsius.
- Take a sauce pan, melt butter and add in the maida. Mix until it starts bubbling.
- Add in milk and cook for 10 minutes. Stir continuously till the sauce becomes thick.
- Remove it from the flame and add egg yolks.
- Add it to the above mixture with the cheese and mix well.
- Pour it in a dish and bake for 35 minutes.
- Cheese soufflT is ready. Serve hot.
