- Chicken - 1/2 kg
- Red chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour - 4 tbsp
- Rice flour - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Curd - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves -
- Coriander leaves -

- For preparing Chicken 65 Dry, first cut the chicken into small pieces. Wash them well and add 3 cups of water and keep it for a minimum of half an hour. It will make the chicken very tender after we deep fry it.
- Take out the chicken and wash again and drain. In a bowl add all the ingredients except oil.
- Mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadai and shallow fry the chicken until well cooked.
