  • 1/2 cup Chicken boneless
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1/2 tsp Butter
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing chicken and rice mash, clean, cut and cook the chicken in water and salt till tender.
  • Remove the chicken pieces. Allow the chicken broth and chicken to cool.
  • Meanwhile cook the rice and keep it aside. Allow it to cool.
  • Blend together cooked rice, chicken, a little chicken broth and butter(add salt if required).
  • Chicken and rice mash is ready. Feed the baby immediately.
  • Note: 1.Add the chicken broth according to the consistency of the mixture.
