- Cook the potato and mash it well .
- Add all masalas,coriander leaves and mashed potato.mix well and remove from the flame.
- Make small balls of mixture and keep aside
- Add enough water to gram flour and mix to a thick batter.
- Dip the prepared balls in the batter.
- Gently add them into the hot oil and fry until golden brown in colour.
- Spicy chicken bonda is ready now.
