Chicken pieces are marinated with masala and fried in oil

Ingredients
- Chicken boneless - 250 g
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Green chillies(split) - 5 nos
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Cumin powder(Jeeraka podi) - 1 tsp
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Red color(A pinch) -
- Egg - 1 no
- Rice powder - 1/2 cup
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Keep for 2 hours.
- Deep fry it in oil with covered lid in low flame and open lid and fry in high flame.
- When done, drain and keep aside.
- Heat oil, fry chopped onion, green chillies and curry leaves.
- Add the fried chicken and saute again. Drain and keep in tissue paper. Serve hot.
- Chicken chilly dry fry recipe is ready.
