Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Chicken chops
  • 2 tbsp Chilly sauce
  • 1 no Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Ginger water
  • Coriander leaves(chopped)
  • 1 no Egg
  • 30 gm Bread powder
  • 100 gm Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Separate chicken chops from the wing bone. Place the chop on a wooden surface and beat with a spatula or chapati roller until the chop becomes thin.
  • Place this chop on a tray.
  • Apply chilly sauce, ginger water, salt, lemon juice, chopped coriander and marinate for 1/2 an hour.
  • Beat an egg in a bowl and apply this to the chops with a brush.
  • Apply the bread powder too on the chops.
  • Heat oil in a wide pan.
  • Fry them on all sides until it becomes golden brown.
  • :- Serve with tomato sauce.
