Ingredients
- Chicken - 250 grmas
- Pepper - 1 ts
- Ginger - 2 thin
- Fennel seeds - ½ ts
- Garlic 6 to 8 pods -
- Cardamom - 2
- Turmeric powder - ½ ts
- Chilli powder - 1 ½
- Coriander powder 1 ts -
- Tomato - 2
- Onion - 1
- Coriander(as needed) -

Instructions
- In a mixer add pepper, ginger, garlic, fennel seeds and cardamom
- Grind it well by adding water
- In a vessel, add water and chicken and cook
- Add the grounded mixture
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder
- Let it cook
- Cook till the water drains off and the chicken is soft and it comes to a thick consistency. This would take 10 minutes. Stir occasionally to avoid burning.
- Serve hot with rice or pulav or fried rice
