Chicken Kofta

we do kofta in aloo paneer and bread. but in non veg we use chicken and fish too. this is chicken version. yummy taste too

  • ½ kg Chicken
  • 1 cup Aloo
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tsp Maida
  • 2 tsp Corn flour
  • 1 stp Chopped green chili
  • 1 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • Oil to fry


  • Steam the chicken and peel into small piece
  • Boil the aloo with salt and smash it
  • In a bowl add aloo , peeled chicken, red chili powder, salt, garam masala white pepper, turmeric, maida , corn flour, green chili and coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Mix like a dough .Take some from dough make shape like ball or cylindrical shape
  • Heat the oil and put the chicken balls and fry it.
  • Now chicken kofta is ready . Serve with sauce
