- Chicken(shredded) - 1 1/2 cups
- Potato(cooked and mashed) - 2 nos
- Cabbage(grated) - 1/2 cup
- Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 inch
- Oats(to bind the cutlets) -
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 4 springs
- Lime juice - 3 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing vegetable oats cutlet, take a bowl and mix in chicken, potato, ginger, oats, cabbage, chilly powder, pepper powder, curry leaves, lime juice, coriander leaves and salt. Mix it well.
- Make small balls and make cutlet shapes. Keep them aside.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the cutlets till brown in colour on low flame.
- Chicken oats cutlet`s are ready. Serve hot.
