- Chicken - 250 g
- Red chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp
- Garam masala(pinch) -
- Maida - 1 cup
- Egg - 3
- Onion - 3
- Green chilly - 3
- Ginger grlic paste - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(few) -
- Coriander leaves(few) -

- Marinate the chicken pieces in red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt and deep fry it in hot oil.
- Mince the fried chicken pieces and keep aside.
- Add minced chicken,garam masala,3/4 tsp turmeric powder,coriander leaves,curry leaves and combine well and remove from the flame after 2-3 minutes.
- Make small dosas out of it and add 2 tsp chicken filling and fold just like in the figure.
- Beat 3 eggs with a pinch of salt.
- Dip each chicken filled square shaped dosas in egg mixture,heat a non stick pan and fry the both sides.
- Chicken pan square is ready to serve.
