- Chicken 250kg -
- onion 1 -
- tomato 1 small size -
- Green chilli 1 -
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- turmeric powder 1tsp -
- Red Chilli Powder : 1/2 tsp -
- Coriander powder : 1 tsp -
- cumin seed powder 1/2 tsp -
- wheat flour/ attar flour 1 cup -
- Oil : 4 tsp -

Instructions
- in a bowl add water, salt and wheat flour / atta flour and make dough
- wash the chicken and add some salt and boil in the steamer, once it get boil, make the chicken into small pieces
- add tomato and mix it for 1 min
- add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, cumin seed powder and coriander powder and mix well
- now add steamed chicken and mix it
- mix well the chicken and allow to fry for 5 mins in medium flame
- now from a dough take small ball and roll as small size
- now stuff the chicken masala in the roll
- now roll the stuff in a round shape
- heat the tawa and boil the stuff roll both the sides by applying oil
- chicken parata is ready to serve. serve with raita and gravy
