This is our family favourt dish. this was introduced by my sister and this taste goes very well

  • Wash chicken and add salt and steam
  • Steam for 15 mis and allow to cool
  • Split the chicken into small pieces
  • Chop onions, green chili , coriander leaves
  • In pan add oil and saute onions for few mins
  • Add green chili and Ginger garlic paste cook for few mins
  • Add turmeric pepper and salt combine all
  • Now add chicken and mix well in low flame
  • In pan add ghee and roast cashew nuts
  • Add coconut and combine all together in low flame and add roasted cashew nuts
  • Now garnish with coriander leaves. chicken podimass is ready to serve. it goes well with rasam sadham
