Instructions
- Wash chicken and add salt and steam
- Steam for 15 mis and allow to cool
- Split the chicken into small pieces
- Chop onions, green chili , coriander leaves
- In pan add oil and saute onions for few mins
- Now add chicken and mix well in low flame
- In pan add ghee and roast cashew nuts
- Add coconut and combine all together in low flame and add roasted cashew nuts
- Now garnish with coriander leaves. chicken podimass is ready to serve. it goes well with rasam sadham
