  • 6 Nos Small pliable poppadom
  • 100 gms Chicken breast washed and cut into strips
  • 1 cup Cabbage sliced thinly
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced thinly
  • 1 no Onion sliced thinly
  • 1 cup French beans sliced diagonally
  • Coriander leaves a few sprigs
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce light
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • Salt as Reqd
  • Oil for cooking


  • Marinate the chicken slices in salt, 1 tsp soy sauce soya sauce and 1/2 tsp pepper.
  • Add oil in a pan and add chicken.
  • Stir fry the chicken well till it is cooked. :- Do not let water come out of the chicken.
  • With a spatula move the chicken to a corner of the pan. 5)Add all the vegetables and stir fry for about 1 1/2 minute( should be crisp).
  • Add all the seasonings and stir with the chicken, Switch off the flame.
  • Moisten the edges of the poppads with water.
  • Arrange the chicken filling 1/3 from the center and roll it up.
  • Moisten the edges to stick.
  • Use a kitchen roll paper and roll over the poppad to hold it in shape.
  • Pop it into a microwave oven and microwave on high each side for 30 seconds.
  • Microwave one at a time, alternatively, seal the openings with water and deep fry in hot oil.
